1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Highlypookie platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Designer Responsibilities

As a designer on Highlypookie, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the copyright to the designs you upload or have explicit permission to use them.
• Your designs do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• Your designs are not offensive, illegal, or in violation of Indian law.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the designs you upload. By uploading them to Highlypookie, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the designs for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders and promoting your products on our platform.

4. Payouts and Commission

Designer earnings are calculated as the difference between your set Selling Price and the Base Price (which includes product cost, printing, handling, and GST). Payouts are processed on a bi-weekly basis provided you have reached the minimum threshold of ₹500.

5. Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by our third-party partner, Qikink. While we strive for accuracy, Highlypookie is not directly responsible for production delays or shipping issues caused by fulfillment partners.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, specifically regarding copyright infringement or fraudulent activity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
