Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day easy return policy for all our products. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, they can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.
• In its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Free from any stains, wash marks, or odors.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing them. Once the order has entered the printing/manufacturing stage, it cannot be cancelled.
