Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Customized Products

Since all products on Highlypookie are custom-made to order based on designer submissions, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a printing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the defect/damage
  • A description of the issue

Upon verification, we will process a replacement or a refund as applicable.

3. Size Exchanges

As products are printed on demand, we cannot offer size exchanges if the wrong size was ordered. Please refer to the size charts provided on the product pages before placing an order.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
