Every Highlypookie product is custom-printed just for the customer. Most orders are processed and printed within 2-4 business days of placing the order.

2. Shipping Timelines

Once printed, shipping times vary by location within India:

• Metro Cities: 2-5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5-9 business days.
• Remote Areas: 10-12 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as specified on the storefront).

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor their package's progress.

5. Delivery Partners
